Due to the time of year and the weather the aga is now off permanently. So in honour of it I thought I would share one of the uses I have found for it.

Loads of milk in a pan

Whisk in some hot chocolate powder (or cocoa and a bit of sugar)

Bring to the boil

Leave to cool until warm then add a spoonful of live yoghurt, whisk.

Cover or place in a container with a lid and then leave next to the aga overnight (or in the airing cupboard)

Put into small containers and place in the fridge. Voila, chocolate yoghurt
